Terms of Use
Effective October 2, 2026. These terms govern MyChairSalon, operated by TME Digital, a division of Traoré Media Entreprise LLC.
Marketplace role
MyChairSalon connects salons and beauty professionals. We are not an employer, staffing agency, landlord, broker, or party to any employment, rental, independent-contractor, or other agreement between users. Users evaluate opportunities and counterparties at their own risk.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate, current listings and profile information; maintain all required professional and business licenses, insurance, permits, and qualifications; and comply with applicable employment, rental, tax, safety, and anti-discrimination laws.
Prohibited content
Do not post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, or irrelevant content. We may reject or remove content and restrict access to protect users or the service.
Promotion, plans, and cancellation
Eligible new listings receive a free three-month promotional period with no credit card required. After that period, paid plans and current prices appear on the Pricing page. You may choose not to purchase or renew a paid listing. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property

Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for user conduct, hiring or rental outcomes, lost opportunities, indirect damages, or agreements between users.
Governing law and contact
